CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS
The Examinations Controller at our college is the cornerstone of our academic framework, ensuring the seamless administration of all examination-related activities. The department is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity and efficiency in conducting examinations.
We strictly adhere to the guidelines and regulations set forth by the Shivaji University, Kolhapur, the Government of Maharashtra, and the University Grants Commission, ensuring that our examination processes are transparent, fair, and aligned with national educational standards.
Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our continuous efforts to enhance the examination experience for our students, maintain the integrity of our academic programs, and support the overall mission of the college.
The Examinations Controller upholds a ‘Grievance Redressal System’ to assist students in resolving examination-related concerns. It is dedicated to operating efficiently and effectively for the benefit of the entire student body.
Primary Responsibilities
Our primary responsibilities encompass a comprehensive range of functions, including:
- Pre-Examination Tasks: Organizing meetings of the Examination Committee, preparing examination schedules according to university regulations, and appointing qualified personnel such as paper setters, examiners, moderators, and supervisors.
- Examination Conduct: Overseeing the smooth execution of examinations, ensuring timely commencement, proper seating arrangements, and adherence to examination protocols.
- Post-Examination Processes: Coordinating the assessment of answer sheets, managing revaluation requests, and ensuring the prompt declaration of results.
