Mentors maintain communication with mentee’s parents or guardians, updating them on their ward’s progress and any concerns that may arise.

The scheme offers access to study materials, information on scholarships, and guidance on career opportunities to assist mentees in their academic and professional pursuits.

Feedback Mechanism:

Mentors provide constructive feedback to mentees, helping them recognize their strengths and areas for improvement, and set realistic goals for their development.
