GST Law
The Goods and Services Tax (GST), implemented in India on July 1, 2017, stands as a pivotal reform in the nation’s indirect taxation system. Our college’s course, ‘GST Law: Prospects, Perspectives, Operational Procedures, and Practices’, is meticulously designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of GST’s foundational principles, its practical applications, and the procedural intricacies involved.
This course aims to equip learners with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate the complexities of GST, fostering proficiency in its operational aspects and preparing them for successful careers in finance, taxation, and related fields. It delves into the intricacies of India’s Goods and Services Tax, offering insights into its legislative framework, implementation strategies, and real-world applications.

International Trade
The ‘International Trade: Prospects, Perspectives, Operational Procedures, and Practices’ course offers students a comprehensive exploration of global trade dynamics, encompassing theoretical foundations, policy frameworks, and practical applications. This curriculum delves into the economic theories underpinning international trade, such as comparative advantage and trade protection mechanisms, providing insights into the benefits and challenges of global commerce. Students will examine the roles of pivotal international institutions, including the World Trade Organization (WTO) and regional trade blocs, to understand their influence on trade policies and economic integration.
